End of an Era as Shirley Retires from CHP

San Andreas, CA...(There have been countless times over the last 19 years when we have called CHP San Andreas after a major incident. She was always helpful and made sure the PIO got us the information we needed. Happy retirement Shirley! What follows is from CHP) Shirley, you began your career with the CHP as an Office assistant at Headquarters on March 3, 2000. On November 15, 2002, you promoted to Office Services Supervisor I, within Special Projects Section, at CHP Headquarters. In April 2004, you transferred to the San Andreas Area, where you have remained for the last 20 years. During that time you worked with nine Area Commanders and assisted them to be successful. As a resident of Calaveras County for 31 years, your local knowledge has proven to be invaluable, and your sense of community has shown in your exemplary customer service over the years.

Additionally, your leadership in planning countless celebrations at the Area Office has demonstrated Esprit de Corp and created great morale and camaraderie within the office. You have truly made San Andreas Area a great place and on behalf of San Andreas Area and Valley Division, we wish you the best in your retirement!!!

HAPPY RETIREMENT Shirley!!!

I see many good people that have taken the oath to protect the citizens of this county, donuts and all, who doesn’t like a good donut? By the way, can someone in traffic enforcement tell me if it is against the law to black out your drivers, and passenger side windows, and if so, why don’t you enforce the law?

It's to much work, how about sobriety check points at all exits leaving Murphys during the wine drunk fest.

I heard there is going to be a replica of a gravel pit at the Frog Jump. On the edge, Kristi Noem is going to make a guest appearance all duded up in some tight fittin jeans, a ton of makeup, some fake teeth, and a push up bra.
For a small donation to the Calaveras Central Republican Committee she will take on the chore of getting rid of your unwanted puppy!! Just place it on the edge of the gravel pit, she will blow you away. I MEAN YOUR PUPPY!!
You'll see it fly through the air with the greatest of ease!!
Kristi will have a sharpie available to autograph your 12 ounce Bud Light!!

      Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw.
